Whenever I have my MD hooked up with MIDI to a computer or to a cirklon, I’ve noticed that sometimes when altering a parameter of one machine (let’s say the GAP on a hi hat) it will alter the parameter of a similar setting on another machine (say decay on a Kick). I’ve never linked these tracks in any way and I’m not even sure if there is some way to do so. Does anyone have any idea of a setting that could lead to this behavior? It is obviously extraordinarily annoying. Would appreciate any insight.
