MIDI to Audio. Overbridge?

I just figured out that you can (easily) record seperate MIDI tracks of M:C/M:S with Logic simultaneously. All the parameter changes seem to be recorded as well (at least with my tests).

So … if I record all tracks separately as MIDI tracks to Logic (or Ableton), I just need to create an audio track for each of these MIDI tracks in order to replicate something like Overbridge with the M:C or M:S, right? But I don’t want to do that manually … I’m thinking of automatically running a script in order to loop through each MIDI track and record an audio track (while having a coffee or a beer).

Is this possible? Eg with using scripter? Or is it just a stupid idea?
