elektron posted an extremely cryptic Instagram photo a week or two ago… I think it was just a picture of a MK2 MD and it said “Power. Play.”
Maybe I’m reading into this too much… But do you all think there will ever be a MK3 MD?

They have all the pieces for, and I bet a lot of folks would be interested in, an AR/MD combo…basically an AR minus the oscillators? An MD with analog filters and more updated sampling?
They have the technology to pull it off.
Id be into that. Or if the rytm had midi control externally…
I’d pounce on an MD MKIII, it really could be a game changer!
New engines.
Better FX.
Updated Seq.
SD or CF card + USB connectivity.
Scenes, coffee maker, the list is endless…And anyway, analog is like soooo 2014

Even if it’s only internal resample.
I miss this on the AR.
And crazy retrigs, like the glitch machine of MM and, I guess, MD (never played this one).
