MKI screen scratch

Im just not lucky with screens… damn :frowning: not big deal ok but has anyone ever tried to ‘clear’ such annoying issue with those acrylic polish stuff? I also emailed Elektron in case they have a spare one to sell…

Looking at the pictures mate I think you might still have the screen protector on the screen?

Well. I should carefully look into this it as you know is second hand but kept mint and for the love of god I cant recall seen this mark when unpacked and that is pissing me off But maybe ( and I hope ) you are right. Touching the screen on that part I can feel the mark ( slightly ) the screen does indeed look like a blurry plastic film on top of it. Will update

100% still has the screen protector on :+1:t3:

It Still has it! Thanks guys for sort this out.

Indeed not  But I think everyone would have sweat a bit looking at an unseen scratch on the screen…still better than a Burn spot LCD on MKII

Glad you’ve got a nice new screen underneath the protector. Must be wonderful to see the screen as it was meant to be seen!

If anyone fancies removing scratches from a screen like this, I highly recommend a certain product from Amazon - I used this on a secondhand, scratched-up Push 2 and the screen went from buggered to beautiful.

:scream: if I were you, I’d change the screen protector ! :content:
I read someone who seriously asked where to find a screen protector…

That is pretty easy to DIY. any phone screen protector film would do, cut on size but that is easy
