This is mostly M:C with one sequence going to a heavily FM’d Mannequins Just Friends module. Somewhat industrial, cinematic, doomy, Euclidean crap :slight_smile:

not sure why i always end up writing either a dubby or an Electro tune whenever i get a new peice of gear but that just seem to be how it goes…

Well at least you don’t end up doing Pandora loungy stuff. I wanna do heavy beats and end up doing lounge/elevator. That’s where I gravitate :frowning:

haha, doing something more aggressive was my idea upon sitting down and writing this too, i find it funny that what came out is very different, and funnier that this kinda thing always happens when i get new machines… oh well, let the circuits talk through me… try not to obstruct too much…

Nice track! Was wondering what machine you used for track 2 - really cool sound. I’m guessing it was either snare or perc?
Edit: after trying to recreate this I think its maybe the kick machine with a short decay and a high pitch :thinking:

ive actually written over that tune, as it was just the first thing i squeezed out of M:C but im pretty sure you are correct in it being the kick machine with a short snappy decay and lots of reverb, it maybe the perc channel too, sorry i cant remember…

Yeah I got a very similar sound from the kick machine. Was a good exercise for me! This wasn’t a sound I associated with the kick machine.
