Model:Cycles - screen scratching/casing marked up on new unit

Hello!

Just got a model:cycles in the mail and noticed scratching on the screen and also a mark in the plastic surrounding the screen.

To current model:cycles owners - is there a removable plastic screen protector on the screen new out of box? Does yours have the mark around the screen?

Just wondering what others experiences are, and if this is normal.
