So I’m a newbie. Bought a Cycles a month or so ago and a synth head buddy of mine loaned a Moog minitaur to me and told me I should hook it up to my cycles. How do I do this? I’ve got the basics down plus a bit on my cycles but I know I could go much much further, but that minitaur sounded crazy dope at my buddies house . If it’s in the Manuel and I missed it - Apologies.
Press FUNC+TRACK to enter Track Setup for the selected track.
Activate Mout.
In the Config Menu (wrench symbol) look for MIDI (3/7) - Out Chan.
There you can select the MIDI channel to match the Minitaur’s.

You can also press all 4 buttons at once on the minitaur to set the Midi channel. It will wait for the next midi message and takes that channel as the one it’s listening to.
And Connect midi and audio of course…
