Not a huge fan of the red sides of the MPCX 
I looked at the wooden sides on mpcstuff but they donāt fit under a decksaver.
Does anyone know of an easy way to restyle them?
What about remove and spray paint?
Or is there some kind of vinyl or sticker you could just put on? But that might not work well with all of the anglesā¦

As someone who started my music making journey on a Roland W-30, the MPC Keys feels like the W-30 on steroids and would be a dream come true for my 17 year old self.
Though to be fair, the MPC Live II would have been an even more amazing portable dream come true.

Was it complicated to remove?
Screws on bottom,remove bottom cover and then can access 2 or 3 screws each side and it slots off.15 minute jobā¦ā¦ā¦)

On paper, an MPC Live in a keyboard version is exactly what Iāve wanted since the dawn of time.
On paper, that is.
Now, if 1010 can beat Akai to it and release a keyboard version with their four desktop boxes in it, that would be better.

Saw some people in the facebook groups with the grey 2000xl skin. Looks pretty sick, Iām actually thinking about getting one

Does it have the full size pads or mini pads? I love full size pads.
What I meant to say was that Iāll buy an MPC Keys 61 as soon as they put out a Retro edition of it. Iām very happy with my MPC Live II Retro and would happily pair it with the keyboard-version.

Looks good. I might have a crack at designing and printing some end caps more like the mpc 1000. The current red ends make me think of a concept car.
@aortan 2000 skins for the X? post a link! Iāve seen the 4000 style X which is kinda cool. Thereās a yellow one on reverb at the minute too but that oneās fugly

I agree, but iām kind of thinking the red works better with white/light grey, as in your image? It gets a more 80/90s vibe.
The 2000XL is similar, they donāt have a live image. But not sure I can share to peoples personal images from Facebook here. I just searched the groups.
