…is too hard. This morning I saw the video for the exciting new Elektron machine (hooray!). But then to find the first messages in the long (35 page) thread in the discussion forum I had to keep clicking back to page 33…32…31…30…29…28…27. I’m logged in and have followed that thread for a while but there’s no place within the page to ‘go to first unread’, and doing it manually, what a pain.
What about the ‘Scroll to first unread’ button at the top of each page? Or click on the thread title from the ‘Forum activity’ tab on the home page?
But I agree that long threads are a problem in any forum.
PeterHanes beat me to it, but yes: the “scroll to first unread” link, located in the top right section of a forum thread, should do the trick. Or clicking the forum thread in Forum activity.
