New Model:Samples - Encoder Detent problem

On my new model:samples, I have a problem with the Level / Data Encoder. One of the detents is soft, it’s easy to miss a stop … particularly irritating when you’re selecting a sample.

Am I being picky ?

Is it a common problem ?

I’m considering sending it back to get another one.

I just gave mine a couple of full spins slowly and so far, so good. I haven’t heard anyone else mention this, but that’s unfortunate.

Not common. You should exchange it.
