Anyone with experience using those modules?
I was wondering if the nordDrum may be somehow contained inside the nordModular as there are some drum modules that look and may sound pretty similar to it. Anyone around?
I’m interested about the sound itself, and not the processing actually.
As I heard that some nordleads are also contained within the modular I was curious to also find out about the nordDrum.

I have a G2 engine and made heavy use of a friend’s ND3. The ND3 is a later product and it’s core sound sounds a tad more detailed than the G2. It sounds like the envelopes on the ND3 have been tweaked for percussion. That said, the G2 is still excellent for percussion duties. My understanding is the Nord Lead 2 and NL3 were essentially built from the modules in the NM and G2 respectively.
