Not able to transfer sounds using C6

Hey, I’m trying to dump over sysex files of the new digitonekeys sound bank using c6 and It’s not giving me any joy.

I send over the file using C6 on my mac - It appears to be sending over but on the digitone it just sits on waiting data.

I’m following the instructions and can’t work it out

Anyone having this issue.

Try using sysex librarian, I’ve found that works a lot better.

Make sure your on 1.20, same thing when in 1.10 this am. Updated and no problems.

Edit: also using C6

Make sure you select an empty bank - I got mixed up with the bank number showing available slots vs stored sounds, if you know what I mean.

There is a windows app that works fine as well.

Make sure that Digitone is selected in the config page. If not it will not send it to your Digitone.
When I did it yesterday it didn’t send the file to the right device. I had my Midi keyboard on and for some reason the keybord was selected so I had to set the keyboard to of in order to be able to select my Digitone. When I did that it worked.

Hi. Having problems sending sounds to my digitone. Tryed using c6 and Microsoft sysex transfer. Seems to start then sticks. Used 2 different computers. Followed everything elektron said. Updated firmware via c6 but won’t transfer sound packs. Any ideas using a pc. Thanks for any help
