I’m very sad that my daughter put something on top of my Digitone and the top plastic screen got cracked, is there any way that I can get them to send me another one? The actual screen is fine and functions properly, but the cosmetic damage is upsetting,
I tried to open a support ticked with Elektron, but every time I tried, it stated I needed to fill out my address, but that doesn’t fix the problem.
I think new daughters are on back order with Elektron
Mine got cracked and they replaced it. I think it cost $15 USD for the part.

I dropped my iPad right on my Digitone screen window recently and cracked it. I ordered a replacement from Elektron, and replaced it myself. It’s recommended to open the DN fully to replace the window, but I managed to do it externally. I put some gaffer tape on the old screen, with a wrinkle left in the tape so I could pull it up. The window lifted right off after a few attempts. Then you just stick the new window on.
