OB + A4 + Win 10 = constant tone/noise. [Resolved]

Hello guys, I have a nasty problem with a freshly bought A4 -

when i connect it to overbridge to a WIn10 XP i get a constant tone to A4 outputs: which looks like this

and it sound loud and obviously wrong.

i’ve reinstalled the thing multiple times, killed all the other sound drivers, tried all the ports and different USB Cables - no luck.

When i connect A4 to Mac laptop it works smoothly, so its a Windows issue.
A4 is working flawlessly in other terms. Everything (OS and Ovrbrdg) is updated 2 days ago.

Where should i look?

So it was solved by rebooting both PC and A4 exactlt one billion times and then disabling all the other audio interfaces and finally turning off L and R inputs while enabling individual track reports.

Its a pity that i got no response neither from community nor from the support.
