I’m aware you can send a midi cable out of the midi out and directly back in to the midi in.
But, for a live set situation, I have my midi out of the octa going into a motu micro express midi hub, then out of the hub to a few other pieces of hardware.
Is it still possible to run the midi information through my hub and back to the octa so I can use the arp on internal samples? Or does it have to be direct.
I haven’t been able to get it working yet. Thanks in advance for any help.
maybe you have to set the midi hub to run the concerned channel THRU it’s output ?
