Ive just noticed the Octatrack has an advantage over the other Elektrons…
its possible to set to inf track length to cycle for ever
and it will still receive PC to change patterns correctly when slaved…
the Digi and Analogs change late!
I know this has been discussed before and has got answers like its not a bug and must have user input and change patterns manually when using inf. but the chng setting is not effective when using inf and being chained why?..
but now after using the octatrack this way and actually trying it, it works amazingly well.
it may be a technical reason or a change made to newer elektrons that makes it not possible…
but if it isn’t a technical reason and can be done,
this is absolutely something i would like them all to be able to do…
anyone else agree?
