Often resetting trig keys to root key while editing

Hi!
Anyone know why editable trig key resetting to default tone (root key), it happen approximately on every 5 edit try.
I push and hold the edit trig key, change some parameters then release, and often see that trig key resetting to default root key. I suppose it happen more frequently in grid recording mode while pattern is playing.

I am guessing that you have a hyperactive encoder-A. Does the problem only happen when you are editing on the TRIG page? That is where the encoder-A is mapped to ROOT.

I occasionally see the encoders glitching when I’m not touching them. This is the simplest explanation I can think of.

Encoders sensitivity is not turnable i guess? Firstly i must learn to reproduce it well, today I couldn’t)
I will put here any news about it.

While in the TRIG page, try lightly tapping the A encoder (but not clicking or turning it). If the ROOT value changes, then that could indicate an overactive encoder that may register a “turn” without touching it. Sorry for the confusion.
