Just interested in your experience with multitracking into ableton via OB. I myself use overbridge with the DT and will start using it with the AR.
With the latest OB version it works quite well. Timing seems to be pretty exact (Clock and Sync active in OB Plugin).
However I’m still trying to figure out if or how ableton‘s Warp Function in the recorded clips might influence the overall outcome.
Hence my questions: Are you recording with auto warp on/off? Or are you deselecting/selecting Warp in the individual clips after recording?
I‘m still not trusting Ableton 100% (audio-and timingwise) when recording external gear because of possible interference by delay compensation and Auto-Warp.
