Overbridge 1.10 and Maschine 2.4 integration

Hello, I made some research in the forum but i didn’t find nobody asking or talking about this,
Did someone tried loading Overbridge 1.10 inside Machine 2.4?
I just did it and the VST-AU is pretty stable and fast, everything seems to be ok, but i can’t find a way to transport audio over USB
When i choose a group and load the vet/au inside the first track of it i can see in a second track that the audio can be routed from the vst, but nothing is coming… so maybe i’m doing something wrong… can some one help me crating the right group routing?

Have you configured the Overbridge control panel correctly? The master output should be coming from the Maschine track that Overbridge is loaded on, so at the very least you need to have the master tracks enabled.

What Elektron machine are you using? I use A4 and it works well but individual tracks from the A4 come out of Maschine as either a left signal or right signal, the result is that the sound for each track only comes out of the left or right speaker but not both. You can easily fix this with an empty Guitar Rig instance set to stereo or any other plugin that does mono to stereo, there are a few free ones.

Hello!
Sorry for my big late, it’s a very busty period and I couldn’t use my studio.
You were perfectly right: Overbridge Control Panel wasn’t configured.
It’s quite strange because i already did it and used it with Ableton live, but since I upgraded Overbridge to 1.10 I was trying to use Maschine and probably Overbridge reset its parameters during the update.

Anyway, now the routing works well and I’m sorry to inform you that the sound comes perfectly in stereo both from A4 and AR in each channel.

My Issue now are:

  1. If i use OB to change something in a sound when all is stopped it works perfectly, but as soon as i do it in real time when i’m playing then all sounds “breaks” the audio feed and i need to stop machine and restart. But again when i touch something like a filter during the play then all sounds comes “destroyed”.
    Could it be total recall?
    Obviously i connected only by USB and not midi and of course audio comes by USB and not by audio in

  2. In OB track mixer: If i mute a sound directly from the plug in using the “mute” button it doesn’t work, but if i just pull up and down the track volume from with the virtual slider it works perfectly.

  3. What configuration do you suggest to use Elektron effects? They goes out in Master track of overbridge…
