Overbridge 2.3.9 issue

Hi everybody,
I’ve just update the OB and it doesn’t detect Digitakt and Digitone as well.
DT is updated to 1.50.
I am a Mac user and Ableton Live 11.
Any idea?
Thanks a lot
John

Are your devices in Overbridge mode?

I think you need to uninstall overbridge and then install new version

Yeah I had to do this, it wouldn’t work as an overwriting upgrade.

Yes of course

Yes of course I did it

I did all you said but nothing happened…

I have the same devices, updated OS, Mac, Live 11 with no issue. It may be a simple oversight, I’d start from scratch troubleshooting step by step.

When you open the standalone applications (outside of your DAW), what kind of message are you seeing? Is it saying there that a device is also not detected?

Example:

Most common reasons-

  • If you’ve updated the firmware, ensure both are currently set to OB mode.
  • Verify you’ve approved OB in the security settings for your Mac.

I see the first image

How to do that please

And yes it is saying “No device detected”

You should have Overbridge Engine running in the top right of your screen:

No I haven’t

Run through the uninstaller, then do a fresh install. Make notice of these settings namely:

You can also do a spotlight search for ‘OverBridge Engine’ and open it there. By default it should appear in your Launchpad.
