Overbridge doesn't recognize my AR MK1 and AH MK2

I installed the latest version of Overbridge OS 2.0.44.3, AR OS 1.60A and AH OS 1.20.
I tried to connect both machines with Overbridge in different ways, two different Mac’s, different USB ports, and reinstalling Overbridge without putting any machine on.
They are recognized by Mac OS as a normal USB connection, but not in Overbridge mode.

I had to reinstall my Mac OS, since then it stop working.
I use High Sierra on a Mac Pro 5.1 and Mojave on a MacBook Pro 13 -inch late 2013.

What could help, what solutions are there left?

Just bumbing, got similar issue with windows 10 and AHMK2 put them few support tickets about it too but haven’t got any response : /
