Wondering if anyone can help, as I’ve put a lot of effort into getting Overbridge going with my DT and feel I’ve done all the research… but I’m missing that frustrating final ingredient. I’ve been able to route the 8 tracks to Ableton, plus 1 with FX sends only, which is great. Used this to record playing live, muting parts, switching patterns etc. I was thinking this would provide me with a multitrack recording of audio files that I can then play around with in terms of arrangement etc.
The problem is, I can see the audio files, but I can’t play them back - the DT is still synced via Overbridge so I’m only playing back the current pattern from the DT, but not my recording. If I disconnect the DT (not ideal) the audio files are still inaccessible. So what’s going on with the greyed out tracks?
What am I missing here? Am I being really stupid or did I make the wrong assumption about what OB is for?
