Wanted to know, what is your Overbridge VST plugin CPU usage ?
I’m using 64bit VST version in Windows, 24bit, 128buffer, Ableton, and even if only one output stream is selected (TRACK 1) and no action is currently running via VST (no sound) i get 10% of CPU usage by this plugin.
So once i’ve load the VST without any playing/action, i get 10% in Ableton. I think it is hight enough.
Are you getting the same ?
UPDATE: It seems my question sounds stupid, because i forgot to mention the main thing - my CPU specs:
4cores, AMD Phenom, 3.8Ghz.
So the specs are not really low, but the VST plugin constantly loads it to 10%.
Even Ableton built-in plugin “Analog” synth, which synthesizes the sounds on the system itself loads the CPU not so much as the Elektron VST which streams the audio from the hardware
