dont get me started! … ordered a midi thru today to hook the 3 volcas up … forgot that I only have 2 inputs on the MD … damn … another mixer? …hahah
midi solutions quadra thru is probably the MD’s best friend FYI. Also if you have one of those shitty elektron stands that props your box up at a slight angle, the quadra thru fits under it with no isssue!
i got a nice IKEA shelf, not even 5 euro … B U T … putting it underneath didnt occur to me yet … thanks for the suggestion …
now it is official: the MD is such a workhorse:
sequencing 2 volcas and using its inputs and internal filters … plus some CC fuckery …
MM shines when midi sequencing because of the arp … sad the MD has no arp… maybe could emulate an ARP with nifty Midi CC LFO note value settings… so much to explore…
