Does the parameter locks limits affect the MIDI tracks? The manual says that you can have up to 64 locks per pattern, and I’m not sure if I could have two MIDI tracks completely locked (64 notes x 2 tracks = 128).
I believe the limit does apply - why would you think it wouldn’t?
My bad. I missread the manual. You can parameter lock up to 64 parameters per pattern, not 64 steps per pattern.
I was asking this, because if I would be using a 64 step midi track, with all their root notes locked to write a melody, I wouldn’t have more locks to assign to the other machines - but I was wrong, locking the pitch of 64 steps of a midi track only uses 1 parameter, so I would have 63 for other tasks - which is more than enough
