No, because the factory content is embedded in the firmware.
When you have already installed the latest firmware on a MK2 device (doesn’t need to be the black edition) you only need to perform a factory reset to overwrite the old factory content with the new one.
Search the manual for details about how you can perform a factory reset and what gets modified by it.
