My Model:Cycles is powering off when the power supply cable moves. I tested the cable and it works well. As my unit is no longer under guarantee, I opened it to test to power connector and it seems to be broken. I need to replace it. Does anyone knows the reference of the connector ?

Unless there are any identifiable markings on the assembly the best option would be to measure the dimensions of the plug and source a socket based on those measurements
So I asked Elektron and they are sending the chip to me. I also found one on internet that seems to fit. PJ-040CH from CUI devices.
For future reference, there’s also a battery input ‘port’ which regulates DC voltage input iirc - it was used for the now withdrawn battery handle
