is anyone sequencing the Analog Four from an external Sequencer?
If so, how can one go about to change the Sounds of the Synthesizer Voices
by using a Program Change.
I somehow just see the possibility of changing whole Kits. But thats not
a good way to go, because when changing a pattern, sometimes just one
Voice should change its sound.
I want to use the A4 as an expander module, not using its internal sequencer
(which i find is lacking some very very important features the p-locking
cannot compensate)

The Analog Four can receive MIDI Program Change messages to change its pattern only. If you want one of the voices to change, you would have to ensure that the new pattern is linked to a kit that has the appropriate sounds set up.
The AF can also receive MIDI Control Change messages and NRPNs to change the values of the voice parameters.
can anyone be kind enough to explain step by step method on how to change kit in ableton live using program change method? I couldn’t find any midi info about this in the user manual…
