Program Changes from DT to Minilogue

Hi everyone,

I’m having some trouble sending program changes from DT to minilogue.

I am successfully sending midi notes from DT to the minilogue, AND I am able to change the program via the program change knob in SRC. However, when I change patterns the program does not change to match the PROG setting for the next pattern (it stays where it was until I turn the PROG knob). I am using MIDI track A on channel 9. Any advice on how to fix this?

Here are some of my current relevant settings…

Minilogue: Midi Channel 9; Rx MIDI on; Tx MIDI on

DT:
Prog Ch Send OFF
Prog Ch Receive OFF

Output Channel AUTO CH

Track 1-8 Channel (1-8)
Track A-H Channel (OFF)
Auto Channel (OFF)
Prog Chg In Ch (AUTO)
Prog Chg Out Ch (9)

SRC Menu: CHAN 9; PROG 80

Welcome to the forum!

If you want the minilogue to change program when you change pattern on the DT, then you need to not only:

  • set PROG CH OUT CH to 9 (to match the minilogue) in the DT’s CHANNELS submenu, but also
  • activate PROG CH SEND in the DT’s SYNC submenu.
