I have an Elektron sound pack purchase that is currently unavailable for download because of ‘the site refresh’ and will be available again ‘soon’.
That’s it, just ‘soon’.
Not really good enough for something I’ve paid money for.
Anybody else experiencing this?

This was not planned for, and Support will be able to give you a copy directly if you let them know what specific sound pack you need to download.
I did. In fact somebody called Olle answered my support ticket but they didn’t offer a download link. I attached my original order confirmation email with details of my purchase including the name of the sound pack.
I’ll try again …
You should now have all files as attachments in your support case.
