Recording live MIDI automation for sharing?

I feel silly asking this question with over 22 years of experience under my belt, but I need to figure out how to share MIDI automation with someone on a different DAW.

I’m working on my 2nd Syntakt-only EP and want to, like my first one, include the ST project file. However, I’d also love to include the MIDI automation for the modwheel and mute stuff I have recorded into FLStudio for when I play it back for the released version. However, FL doesn’t let me export the automation in a way that seems to be shareable with other DAWs. I can’t imagine there isn’t a way to do this. I have Ableton, as well as an iPad with Xequence, NS2, Drambo, and a ton of other MIDI stuff. I figure there has to be a way to do this with one of them somehow.

Any ideas?

iirc there’s a way to use FL as a vst in Ableton, maybe you can connect them and then record the automation?

All good! I just gave up on it. People can do the automation themselves! Haha.
