Recording MC to DAW something wrong

Hi. When recording audio out via USB to GarageBand on my Mac I can isolate each track in Audio settings. So I can have just track 1 as out to USB.

So I can record just track 1. When I do though, I get track one but I also record a quieter version of all 6 tracks. Any ideas?

I know I can mute 5 tracks at a time to achieve the same thing, but I’m bored and don’t like it when I cant get to the bottom of this sort of thing

All the tracks pass through the delay and the reverb before the main output.
It depends how wet those tracks are in the reverb and the delay, so you may have ghost sound, even if you choose only one track as audio out.

Awesome. That is the answer. There’s even a setting to turn the R and Del off but I didn’t think to do that.
