My M:S needs a refresh, and support have kindly sent me a new set of knobs. I noticed the knobs sit almost flush with the unit, just 1-2mm from the surface.
Whats the best way to remove/replace the knobs? I don’t want to mark the unit, or have uneven knobs when replaced. I figured I’d ask here as there must be some of you guys that have already done this.
I just used a butter knife to lift them off their post. They did not take much coaxing. edit: I used the butter knife to get them started, I was able to use my fingers after that.
Good to hear they don’t take much to lift off, I’m always cautious about anything like this 
I understand completely. The first time I opened up something expensive (a Machinedrum) I needed a shower afterwards I had sweat so much lmao.
