Hi.
I try to replicate the kick sound from preset B 143 Raw Kick SM on my digitone in order to understand how to make a kick sound with nice bottom end with it. I have made all the settings exactly the same on the SYN1, SYN2, Filter, Amp and LFO pages but it doesn’t sound right. I get a higher pitched tone and when I transpose it down it lacks bottom end.
What am I missing?

Sounds like you haven’t enabled keytracking for the filter.
Press Func + Trig to open the Sound Settings and set Filter Keytrack to 100. Play a low note and adjust the cutoff frequency of the filter until it resonates with the pitch.
Now it sounds right, wonderful
