Rough encoder on syntakt

Returning it seems to be the right way.

QC should be applied before shipping to resellers and not after end customer complaints and RMA processes.

Few not sufficiently trained employees can cause that trouble if they don’t care.

So I’ve had to send mine back for a second time due to a rough B encoder. I sent it back the first time in July for the same reason and they replaced the UI PCB completely, and somehow the same encoder became rough. Never had an issue with the DT or DN so seems to be a specific Syntakt issue.
