The AR MKIi was my first big boy drum machine. I’m still learning it’s secrets, but I still feel giddy every time I power it on.
The analog machines knock so hard.

definitely no complaints and feed the distortion, filter and compression for amazing kick and snares. No samples needed. I love tweaking the patch from scratch so easy the options to see how LP vs BP filter affect the sound and envelopes so many choices! Like drum modular in a box. One LFO is a limit but not a big deal for me and I have an AH if I need more modulation.
