Saving param-locked trig setting as preset

Hi,
Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched, and I scan-read all the current topics.

If I have a preset on a track, and then by happy accident I tweak in a parameter-lock on a trig that I really like the sound of, is there a way to save the set of parameters on that trig as a preset? I’ve been resorting to writing down the value of each paramter, saving the track’s preset, and then appying the same set of changes, and saving that. Not every smart/speedy.

Thanks in advance
Russell

Not possible, but often brought up as a feature request across many devices

at least the MC has relatively few settings

I would absolutely love an option for that as well and have also suggested so to Elektron, happy accidents with p-locks happen all the time — and quickly saving those as new sounds would be wonderful; was surprised this isn’t an option.

Might help to send a quick note to: feature-request@elektron.se

I usually try to use one machine (or engine on the Rytm) for experimenting with new sound ideas when I want to p-lock something more than just a bit of decay or filter. I usually start fresh on said track and, once done, sound-lock that to another dedicated track.
