Hi, I’m wondering if anyone has tried to send all 4 tracks via USB returns to any of the Behringer X-Air series mixers? I’m trying to record all 4 tracks (plus some other synths)
I’ve tried both on mac and PC running (catalina latest, and windows 10 respectively), but the digitone only gets picked up as a 2in 2out device. With overbridge 2, i do see all the other tracks, but I can’t get them from OB to my XR18.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey man! I didn’t know you also used the XR18
Hope you’re doing well
Hmmm, this is an interesting proposition.
I mean, obviously if you use DN as a VST/AU in a host like Ableton, you can route DN’s 4 tracks to their own channels and then you should be able to route those Ableton channels to XR18’s USB returns.
But yeah, it makes sense that if you’re connecting DN through core audio it will show up as a 2in/2out…which doesn’t help.
I think the core of the problem is that the multiple channels of audio coming from DN are only accessible when it’s running as a VST/au plugin. So maybe there is a very lean “VST/au” host application that can be the patcher to your XR. Does soundflower do something like that?
