Hi. I just want to use my AK as a midi controller for playing i Logic Pro X. I believe I have done everything I am supposed to, switched to USB mode on AK, “Midi Ext” activated, tried different midi channels… but it simply doesn’t work, Logic is not receiving any notes!
Logic is even telling me that 1 midi in-/and output is connected. What am I missing here, anyone? Do I need some kind of driver?

In MIDI PORT CONFIG make sure you have OUT PORT FUNC set to either USB or MIDI + USB.
Hi and welcome! You should not need any driver. This may seem like a silly suggestion but do you have another controller to plug in and give that a quick try just so that you can isolate the issue to the a4 keys as controller? If it shows up in Logic it should be working.
