Song mode / Pattern chaining with external hardware

Hi
I just bought a Digitone, great machine. I knew beforehand that there is not inbuilt song mode/pattern chaining, but I’m wondering what external hardware I could use to achieve the same result. I am looking for a non-laptop solution as buying the DT is, precisely, part of my move away from computer-based live setups.

Analog four, octatrack or analog rythm have song mode in the elektron realm.
