Spare parts / repair services?

Hi everyone !

I just got hold of a used Model:Samples – and I noticed that all buttons felt way “mushier” than the button of my new Model:Cycles. Also the screen seems (?) less crisp.

It’s not a problem actually as it works perfectly. But it left me wondering what will happen in the long term.

Does Elektron offer (paid) repairing services or spare parts ? Is it possible to replace the buttons membrane ? It would be really a shame if a machine got prematurely unusable due to malfunctioning buttons.

Dunno if that applied to the “lower end” of the Elektron products spectrum.
