I received mine immediately. You should have received an email from Plugin Boutique with the subject containing the Order No. & how to retrieve your license. In that email there are the following instructions:
“In order to retrieve your serial number/licence please log into your Plugin Boutique user account and follow the installation instructions on how to authorise: [https://www.pluginboutique.com/myaccount]”

same, no serial number yet after almost 24 hours. i assume their just slow after a high volume of orders, but i sent a follow up email anyways.

You get the serial number instantly on your Plugin Boutique account - go to your orders on their website and you’ll see it.

yeah, it’s not there. i got the arturia serial number immediately, nothing for rc20.
