I have a great swung line happening on Track 2 with my Pattern Swing @ 67%
I’d like to play in a straighter line in Track 1 but it keeps swinging.
This happens even when I play it in via “unquantized recording”.
How does one achieve the simple task of swinging one track while the other is straight, on the Digitone?

It’s a global swing I believe mate.
The octatrack has per track swing.
Not that that helps!
Try microtiming feature on track #1. I guess you should delay every second beat to compensate for Pattern Swing.
Hey there thanks for the suggestion - may I ask what you mean by microtiming?
Hold a trig key and hit the left or right cursor to adjust the timing relative to the adjacent trigs.
Ah, got you. Thanks very much. Bit of a cumbersome work-around. Hopefully the swing-per-track feature is brought in with a future O.S.
