I have a Syntakt on the way and have been thinking about connectivity with my existing gear. Is it possible to route the two inputs to effects separately or are they linked?
Hi and welcome! Unfortunately, unlike Digitakt and Digitone, Syntakt routes the L and R external inputs to effects together. The only workaround to this is if you bring in audio over usb, which has a separate pre-/post-Fx entry in the audio routing menu.

Ok thanks. Not likely to be an issue as it’s currently only likely to be a Microfreak but it’s good to know going forward.
