Syntakt Timings in Ableton with/without Overbridge... How can I align?

I’ve recorded 3 separate tracks of the Syntakt being controlled/sync’d from Ableton.

#1- Syntakt set to USB Midi/Audio (no Overbridge involvement), audio recorded direct from my mixer.
#2- Syntakt set to Overbridge mode, Syntakt Overbridge plugin active, audio recorded direct from my mixer.
#3- Syntakt set to Overbridge mode, Syntakt Overbridge plugin active, audio recorded from the OB plugin channel direct into another Ableton track.

As you’ll see from the screenshots, #1, the non-Overbridge method is the tightest without any adjustment (and I am tempted to stick with this, tbh).

Ideally, I would like to use #2, so I have extra control of my Syntakt in Ableton with OB, but still be able to use the audio externally (I’m running it into an A&H DB4 for mixing, fx, live looping).

As it’s running around 17ms early, how can I compensate for this??

If I do want to use #3 at some point, where do I compensate for this?
And, is it possible to make #2 and #3 line up with each other?? Or is there always going to be a delay between these two?
