Synthesis PTCH

Hi

can someone tell me how the Synthesis PTCH which has a range from 0 - 127 relates to musical notes. Showing as 40 in photo.

Had forgotten about those, and was going mostly with Ableton’s Spectrum and EQ.

Re-did the table as a GoogleSheet, so that it can be augmented, updated.
