Text to speech?

So I’m listening to the Autonomic Podcast, and they drop an intro with someone saying four with temp synced delay.

Got me wondering if there is a good text to speech generator for ID tags and such.

We use this to do some attendant greetings for customers:

You can also sign up for a free Amazon Web Services account. They have a TTS engine that does really decent quality. I’ve not used it but some of my co-workers have.

Google text to speech is also nice.

You can be like Radiohead and use the text to speech that has been part of macOS for well over 30 years.

This really is appreciated.

Now I got a condensed list of options!

And you can hear the options back in different voices!

It’s not included in the free version but Vital’s text to wavetable thing is mighty cool.
