We use this to do some attendant greetings for customers:
You can also sign up for a free Amazon Web Services account. They have a TTS engine that does really decent quality. I’ve not used it but some of my co-workers have.

Google text to speech is also nice.
You can be like Radiohead and use the text to speech that has been part of macOS for well over 30 years.
