I can’t find any errors on elektronauts.
Have you got any browser addons installed? There are addons which tries to be helpful, like giving suggestions or such, and maybe one of those has gone berserk somehow. Try to disable addons and see if it helps.

No problems here - clicking on the link you provided opens a thread of Elektronauts in a new browser tab
Used the proceedure in the link above to run IE with no add ons. Also disabled Extensions. Same issue. Never had this happen with any other website that I was aware of but I will scan for malware just in case.
