i have a problem with transfer. I am using a macbook pro. The moment I start transfer I have to choose midi devices, if I want to choose I have no choice. I have now set the model samples like this:
config menu> midi> ports> inp from USB and out to USB
config menu> device> usb mode-A + M
Can anyone help me? I really want to load my own samples !!
Does MS show in Audio Midi Setup. Check it does first before starting Transfer and double check you have latest firmware and Transfer etc
yes in my midi setup in find the MS…i download the latest version of Transfer and the strange thing is that one month ago i used Transfer to put some samples on my MS. I think there is a problem with my settings on the MS but y can’t find the problem.
Possibly worth reinstalling Transfer if its menus are borked

maybe i found the problem, i have used a normal usb cable. Do you have to use the usb cable from elektron?

Is it the same cable you used a month ago when it worked ? Have you tried an alternative cable in case that’s the problem ?
Some USB cables are made specifically for charging only and do not carry data!
I was about to call BS on this one. Then I looked it up and it’s true. I’ve not had any trouble powering my device with a data cable.
