My RYTM had been sent off for repairs for MONTHS.
Prior to sending it off I backed up everything with Transfer, and now I am putting everything back on my machine as it was wiped clean.
So far a few minor hiccups, but ut seems to be putting stuff back where it belongs.
At first I wasn’t able to transfer some samples off the machine, they had been on there since I bought it the week it was released.
Many of those same samples didn’t want to go back on it either.
Nevertheless I re-converted them to 4800 16bit mono in iTunes, cleaned up some naming conventions and all seems to be well.
Even if all the samples don’t go back exactly where I had them, or something is a little off, it shouldn’t take much to fix it.
Very simple to use and is much faster than the old days of C6.
So stoked to have my baby back with a brand new motherboard and brand new updated pads.
Took about 8 months to get it back, but it seems to be in tip top shape now.
